As the name implies, the place is a gallery of artwork--- mostly paintings. It's worth a visit by art lovers, especially if one is already in the vicinity of the huge Mall of Asia (MOA) complex and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) complex. Entrance is free. It's not open on Mondays.

When it's not sunny, one may perhaps consider walking from MOA and the CPP so as to reach the museum in the GSIS compound.
