Highly commercialized, and the backgrounds feel really artificial. The museum did not even upgrade. It's still the same as it was last 2019.

Desserts being served are like "free taste" only. Very small...

This museum's photographers are not even willing to take pictures with the customers' personal mobile phones. They don't even give the soft copies of the pictures taken with their DSLRs, so that the guests will be forced to buy per picture which costs Php 250 each. Very pricey and disappointing!

Went there, because my kids really like to go, but yes its really inviting and the place is perfect for photo ops sessions. But its quite not that fun when you went inside na specially sa kids they want to be entertained, less things to do inside. Kids dont want pa naman to take photos every now and then, they want to be entertained more. But again not much of a things to do or things to be played. Kaya pansin ko sa kids di sila nagtatagal inside they easily get bored. For the price of 799 per head, its quite pricey for one kid with less things to do inside. Some amenities pa is not available or undermaintenance. Dessert is tiny i was expecting a little big sana 😅. They have 8 rooms, each room you only have 15 mins. But for our experience kids.only stay for about 10 mins. thought 2 hours is kulang pa. But to my surprise we only stayed there for only 1 hour. You cannot go back to some rooms na din kasi. Parang ayaw na nila ipaconsume ung 2 hours 😅. For me its quite dissapointing lang. Its a one time experience lang. Sana they will improve pa

We opted this instead of a Spa Treatment and we're glad we visited. First of all guests gets discount on their birthday month...not from where I come from. Then the check was pretty smooth. Each room has it's own beauty (very instagrammable) and treat (who doen't want one?). It brings out the child like in you and a good activity when going through a rough patch (because we surely didn't mind the traffic and heat that awaits us). The only downside when visiting this place is when it's busy....as you have to wait till the next room is cleared before you can enter. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

It was colorful and the included desserts were great. However, the place just felt sad. You can go through the whole thing in 15 mins. No entertainment value at all. Just a bunch of rooms decorated with sweets. It also seemed to have been poorly maintained through the years.

Just go to a coffee shop and get a better dessert

The whole place:
1st time visiting the place and it only looks good from the outside. The place is a lot smaller than I expected, plus the rooms and attractions aren't well maintained.

Staffs:
The staffs are really accommodating and kind. They assisted us all throughout the experience. The photographers are also really good, we've got a lot of great photos from the rooms and even bought the hard copies as souvenirs.

Dessert:
The really are available desserts in each room but you'll have to ask for them coz sometimes no one's present at the booth to prep them. The ice creams flavors are really fantastic.

The place is OK. We expected more things to do and see based on the entrance fee that we paid- P699 / person. The displays in each room were mediocre. There were free desserts from 5 rooms - tho.nothing to rave about. My husband asked if they had water for their guests after all the sugar that we had. Unfortunately they had none for free but had bottled water for sale at 30.pes.
The most fun and probably the only.room which had real activity was the Bubble Gum room which had a giant plastic bubble filled with swirling ballons inside. The rest of the rooms were mostly for photo ops.

We went because we were curious what The Dessert Museum was all about and because we love to have fun. This attraction pales in comparison to the other themed attractions around town. We will not be back and would probably not recommend this to our friends.

Cotton candy and Ballons rooms are the most part I was looking forward to. And they were not available yesterday. Now I know why you have bad reviews. Other than being expensive, we didn't get the other rooms. The staff didn't told us that these rooms are closed. Pictures you posted are fake. You lack of lights. Only the first room is fine, the rest, too dark. It was our first time and just like the others, I'll never go back. I'm so disappointed. Even my daughter is disappointed. Ugh!!!

Took our kids here May 2018. Still fairly new, but already has so many signs of wear and tear. Museum "guides" are basically there to usher you into each room and tell you which things you can't touch, step on, climb on, pull or push. Plenty of times our "guides" were nowhere in sight. They assume you have enough narcissism in you to stay in every room for photo ops for 15 minutes.

The name Dessert Museum implies an experience wherein you get a history of desserts or showcases of some historical desserts, right? Not so. Everything in here is purely for photo ops.

The first room has giant candy-sprinkled doughnuts hanging from the ceiling. First thing the guide said was to be careful, as they're made out of wood and hurt when they hit you on the head!

And the free desserts? One dessert per room, per person. Kids below four years old get in for free, but don't get ANY free dessert. So yeah, you're going to have to give up your share unless you want a crying toddler on your hands. Also, the desserts were pretty awful. The marshmallow was decent, until our "guide" said we could drown it in vanilla, strawberry or ube coming from the fondue fountain. That made it so sweet it could send someone with diabetes into a coma.

The ice pops only came in strawberry or avocado, neither of which tasted anything like strawberry or avocado. The macarons tased okay, but the consistency was far too sticky.

Warning - there's a room inside that has one of those party displays where you step into a big tray and someone pulls a giant bubble over you. The floor was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. My kids tripped over at least 2 times each, and I told the staff manning the dessert table it needs to be cleaned up or at least cordoned off but refused to be of any help, reluctant to leave her post. I think she was scared someone was going to steal her lousy ice pops.

The Cotton Candy room was depressing. You have tree trunks that literally have badly formed balls of cotton for leaves, spray-painted haphazardly. And the cotton candy being given away is sad. I've literally had better looking cotton bought from the streets of Quiapo.

What should be a whimsical experience is ultimately destroyed because of a lot of little things. Staff warning you about this and that, bad desserts, no real museum experience, personnel sweeping up the floor, but being hard to find when you do need them and just a general look where you know some cost-cutting was done.

My kids enjoyed it for the pure novelty of it all. And I do understand it's all about taking photos. If you apply enough filters and move to just the right spot, you could get a good picture or two out of this place.

Really more of a place where you can take Instagrammable photos and there a few things you can interact with. The room designs are creative enough but they may seem a bit small especially if there’s a crowd. Some things need maintenance (broken acrylic gummy bears and dirty steps) but on photos the flaws are not really noticeable. I was actually impressed with the dessert giveaways. They taste decent and I was expecting 3 dinky desserts but they gave quite a bit. I thought the ice cream would be one little scoop but it was a small tub ( maybe around 12oz? ). I would recommend going there for the novelty of it, and to bear witness to the museum employees in colourful candy costumes but are obviously dead inside. I do have to give special thanks to the manager, Erwin, who helped us reschedule our booking and even gave us gcs because the sales or marketing of the museum overbooked without notifying the venue. Despite the chaos he was still able to pacify our irritation and yes, anger as had brought a visiting friend from abroad and it was embarrassing to go all the way to this place specifically and then not push through.

Actually I have lot to say about this establishment, First, before entering the Door. I could see a lot of Male and Female staff wearing whimsical outfits, but sadly neither one of them fits the description of giving customers a great time. You could tell the way they look at people, as if they are so irritated on seeing many children waiting in line just to experience "Dessert Museum". Second, I could not deny the 8 unique rooms are so Instagrammable, however you will have this feeling, That their Staff are in a hurry to send the people to the next room. Please teach your Staff on how to have Good Time Management, because they really suck at this. Third, as We finally come to the last room. I could see in detail this Male staff wearing dark rimmed glasses, how irritated he was to kept on telling children not to go near the decorations. Your establishment should be Family friendly. Probably they are missing out on their Core objectives. I could see how Staff categorizes and treat Customer on how they look. Sadly it was an Irritating experience for me as a Parent. The Staff does not know how they humble themselves to equally paying Customers basing on their looks.Fourth and final feedback, Kindly change your male host, I don't what was wrong, was it the hand held speaker or was it the irritating voice coming out, I can't understand what was he babbling about. This place I have no good words to say nor would I recommend my Friends or Relatives to visit this establishment.
