Ok... this is NOT a place you visit for a whole day... maybe 1.... 2 hours max..... but when they have a convention you like? its really enjoyable.... i cant really say much that's generic enough to not pin it to a specific convention i visited... im aware that everyone would have a different thing they would like to attend.... but whatever it is your interested in? if its here? you can expect wide open spaces.... so it would be difficult at best to feel choked by the crowd.... unless the convention you are going to is anime conventions in which case, prepare for super crowds...

Big Place to Hold company Meeting

After hotel ballrooms that hold 1000 persons, the smx convention manila has the biggest place for meetings/exhibitions. We held our company affair here using two rooms with about 2000 people. The place was good, and parking plentiful. Their sounds and light was good. Only setback was the food, as it came pack and with outside caterer it wasn’t that good.

Your best place for Conferences in Manila!

As alwaya, SMX provides the best venues for national conferences. Rooms are properly labelled; there are available ushers that assist you to the function rooms. Toilets are accessible and cubicles are many and well-kept. The staff is genuinely courteous and cordial. Place is safe; shopping, going to church, dining come so easy since SMX is adjacent to all these shops.

Pros: It's a huge place and I've been here for Car, Books, and Gun Shows/Exhibit Cons: Although there is plenty of parking, I always end up parking my car in the mall parking (50 pesos) were I do a long walk and I just think of my long walk as my exercise of the day :)

World Class at the Mall

SMX Conventional Center was developed by SM located at the Mall of Asia Complex. the Facilities holds conventions, seminars, exhibits even graduation rites. The air-conditioning are great especially on small meeting rooms. The only concern is lack of parking space in the building and the area is very congested on traffic even on people because of the nearby Mall.

Attended an annual automotive event . Been attending a medical convention here on a yearly basis. Comfortable place to walk around . Good for huge exhibits and conferences. Walking distance to a Catholic Church , the huge Mall of Asia and the MOA Arena. In proximity as well are 2 hotels , Conrad and Microtel . Aircon temperature was stable through out. Security all over. Parking area accessible. Scarcity of food stall and coffee shops within however.

People here have adapted a hotel type of service.. Embodied by the person on the door or the reception area down to the guards.. Everyone is courteous and friendly.. Facility is great and have ample security. I find this place to have world class service and would recommend this to people or companies looking for a great venue with great service.
