magnificent place to visit all you need in quality and high price I would say great shops and great restaurants and one of the best cinemas in metro manila ,a piece of art inside and nice parking too.very clean mall and a great meal at hotel inside .the best area to view sea side sunset and sunrise.

Boutique shops in this mall are not only limited in number , they are quite pricey as well . Several restaurants have closed , but those remaining are also on the moderate price kind. Don’t expect any fast food joint in this place. So don’t expect a deluge of people who prefer going to the neighbourhood Mall of Asia which is one of the biggest in the world. And for this , I kind of liked taking some time to relax in this mall .

If you're looking for an elegant and less crowded mall in Pasay, then this is the right place for you. It's small, but it has a good selection of shops, boutiques and restaurants. The parking area at the basement is spacious and it also gives you direct access to Conrad Manila.

I love the small it’s high and it’s very clean it has a wide selection of good restaurants and stores. The location is near my location and it’s near to everything.

A bit pricey but the serving is good for sharing. The soft serve is not too sweet and i can really taste the matcha flavor from it. Would love to come back and try the others. ❤

S Maison offers a refreshing view on malling - not just a place to have growling tummys filled but a lifestyle destination worth spending time with friends & family.
With luxurious interiors and unique store concepts including a Dessert Museum and a Lakbay Museum, S Maison exudes an aura of serenity which is in contrast to the usual hustle & bustle associated with malls as marketplaces.
Visitors can just look at the experience as a stroll with beautiful lounge chairs waiting for tired feet to get rested before one moves on to the noise outside its premises.

A 2-floor mall with great selection of shops. Barbershop. Coffee Shop. Salon. Jewellery shop. Restaurants. Oh they have ATMs too.

S Maison is small, but sometimes small things can be amazing. This is one fancy mall, with a GREAT selection of restaurants (Hard Rock Café, Texas Roadhouse, Red Lobster and Paradise Dynasty to name just a few), and an amazing atmosphere and feeling. You say that is not enough for you?? OK,, It’s also connected by an enclosed bridge to SM Mall Of Asia, one of the biggest malls in Manila. Enough said.

this is a small 2 floor upmarket mall hosting several high end restos like red lobster plus hard rock cafe, 2 museums and a directors choice cinema. shiny, well maintained and modern and within the same complex as mall of asia. conrad hotel is part of this building

S Maison is a pleasant surprise, knowing that its within walking proximity from MOA, which invites customers from all walks of life. S Maison has lots of space to move around in and less people to walk with. The shops are all very premium as well. If it wasnt too far, I'll frequent S Maison whenever I can.
