it seems that we owe them a big debt of gratitude if they have to serve us. they get annoyed we interrupt their "as if doing something" acts. they have no compassion and heart for public service. the worse City hall in this planet.

It's a Mandaluyong government center. Only the new building is the feature here. Other than that, most structures came out of the 60's and 70's. I was here for permits and stuff. Nothing more.

People are generally friendly and helpful, minimum beauracy and stations well manned. Doing business is comfortable and reasonably fast. Parking can be difficult but not impossible. Flodding has diminished considerably. Its Citizen friendly LGU

It is just a normal busy city hall and court. No museum and not much to see. At Christmas, there are a large number of food and clothes stalls and fairground rides. The best time to visit is for 2 weeks before Christmas from 6pm...More

by far one of the most public service friendly city in metro manila. you walk in and there are people ready to assist you with whatever your transaction is.

they give assistance to those who are jobless.. they give free vaccinations to those who got bitten by animals... they quarterly give promotions and discounts specially to Government ID's for requirements.. :)

Unlike other municipal hall, this place is quite chaotic outside. Too much cars passing through the rotonda and parked in the streets.

the city hall has most of the services that one will need under one roof. upon entry, the guard will direct you to wherever you need to go. the only setback is that there are only 2 elevators that cater to all the visitors and...More
