I highly recommend divers.ph.
Jordan, Pattrick and Sean are really professional instructors and if you want to learn diving from Scratch, divers is definitely your best option to doing it.
We went to Anilao for the diving in the ocean, in Planet Dive and the experience was Outstanding

Great program, especially for working professionals who want to achieve the certification over several weekends. My wife & I just finished the program, and highly recommend to anyone considering PADI certification. What worked best for us was the pace of the program, as we were able to finish the course over 2 weekends (4 full days + self study). In this way, the program did not feel rushed. We had plenty of time for the coursework, confined dives, and open water dives.
1 week before the confined dives (at their very convenient location in Makati), we were given the course material for self study and exams. The following weekend we spent with Sean & his AI going over the lectures and knowledge review, followed by pool time on Saturday & Sunday.
After this first weekend, we scheduled the very next weekend to do the open water dives in Anilao, another very convenient drive from the NCR region. A safe experience as Sean and his AI were in the water with us at all times, ensuring we were well practiced in the skills before moving on to the next step.
As a bonus, Sean's wife is usually in the water taking photos & videos, so we were able to have it all documented which was fun to see after the course.
Look them up on Instagram & Facebook and you'll get more insight into why this is a great option especially for working stiffs who need some flexibility in scheduling the dive time over several weekends.

I had a great experience getting my PADI open water diver certification with Sean, Sandy, and Jordan. Sean is a very thorough and professional instructor and really goes the extra mile to make sure you've learned the skills, and he was very accommodating regarding scheduling and other arrangements. The pool sessions in Manila and open water dives in Anilao really helped build good diving practices and my confidence to do more dives in the future.

I highly recommend divers.ph. The way the class was handled, I feel confident in the skills that we did have to learn. Even if my pool session and the Anilao session had been one month apart, the dive briefings helped me to remember what I learned.
Sean, Jordan and Sandi were good and patient instructors who handled all five of us in Anilao. They made sure to properly check and observe our skills to be prepared in the future.
The overnight at Planet Dive, Anilao was also a fun trip as I got to meet other fun divers who were previous students of divers.ph. Because of them, I got excited for my future fun dives that I can do with them or when I go on vacations.

I had the best experience with Sean and his team! my work requires me to travel a lot, but Sean made it extremely easy for me. In a matter of 2 weekends, I got certified! Shout out to his team memebers Jordan, Sandy, michele, and munchkin (his cute little yorkie who also accompanied us on our dive trip to anilao) :D I joined the course by myself, but ended up making new friends and was a lot of fun!
Sean and his team really ensures you feel safe and comfortable at all times. Moreover, they were constantly giving me tips and tricks to help improve my skills. I HIGHLY recommend Divers.ph :D

Completed PADI Open Water course with Sean and the team (Sandi and Jordan) - cannot Tate the experience high enough. Couldn’t do enough to help out and ensure we were comfortable in all activities. Definitely went the extra mile and opened up the underwater world! Looking forward to utilising again in the future 😊

I took my OW license with divers.ph two years ago which opened up my underwater life experience. Last May 2019 i took my AOW with divers.ph under Sean. He teaches more than just surviving underwater, he teaches how to be a responsible diver beyond one's self but responsible for marine life as well. He teaches you the proper form and makes sure you continuously practice it and not only when he sees you. Haha
Hope to dive with divers.ph in Tubbataha!

I am in makati for two days and then in Manila for two or three days how difficult is it to get to your location via public transportation or taxi if it's not too far. I'm backpacking and this rain makes it hard to do some outdoor things- what are the prices also? Thanks !!

Hello Zouyoshi, we have temporarily suspended our dive trips because of the inclement weather. There are 3 typhoons lined up in the Pacific that is enhancing the southwest monsoon causing heavy downpour in Manila and rough seas in Anilao. Given your short stay in Manila/Makati, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you trips. Hopefully, you will still be able to enjoy Manila/Makati in spite of the weather. Thank you.

Hi,
I am in Manila for two days i.e. today and tomorrow. Do you have one day scuba diving for beginners with no prior experience?
In case you have please let me know.
Thanks,

Hello Archana,
We have an introductory class tomorrow and it will be in Anilao, Batangas.
If I understood you correctly, you are leaving Manila on Sunday? What time is your flight? Reason I ask is that we can not within 12 hours fly after diving (for one dive).
If there will be on flight constraint, do you have a car that will take you from Manila to Anilao?
Thank you.
