Poor customer service. Not worth it. The cashier named Rachel charged us for overtime worth 400php even though we arrived at the lobby on time for check out but due to their unorganized process, we still lined up and waited for our turn which made us tagged as ‘overtime’ the guard on duty even testified that we waited for our turn but the cashier still charged us. She even chitchat first before she accommodated us which was additional minutes count I assume. I think this is their current modus to increase their sales. Such a greedy business, do not patronize. Please also take note, the massage started few minutes late and ended on time but we did not complain. Loyal customer here since pre pandemic, such a shame. Will never visit again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was difficult to choose between their options because we wanted to do the jacuzzi, massage, and all the saunas but we don't intend to stay for more than 6hrs.
The saunas or hot caves (not really sure what they are called) are so relaxing. It's a fun activity to do with friends. We went there for a double date and we definitely had fun.
For the hot tub or jacuzzi, just like with other spas, you need to go on with your birthday suit, so if you're not into that, I suggest you skip this part of the spa.
With the massage, make sure you tell them the pressure, and you want to skip any part of your body coz they'll definitely go deep.
To get your total Korean experience, don't forget to put on your lamb/sheep towels on, matchy shirts, and shorts plus eat your favorite K-food inside the spa.

I always had Korean spa, but my last visit they wounded my back terribly. And I tried to communicate with them, at first they said the admin will call me the next day, then not. They just texting instead having conversation. Not pro active on responding. They sent photo of cream that they will send, but I received different cream.
My skin was soft and doesn’t have any issues. But they damaged it. So I was asking them what is their plan but no response. I called the landline, yes I was so mad because how they handled things. And the girl who answered the call said “Di ako maayos mag complaint” “you are bad in making complaint”
What do they expect, soft spoken and very polite way of complaining well infact they are not responsive.

So to make it short, instead of being relax what I got is stress. This is the worst spa and customer service in any industry I experienced. Rude and they don’t have common sense.

Most of my fats are actually water. To lose it, it must evaporate. The easiest way to do it is to sauna. And this spa has different temperature rooms for your liking.

Plus, the whole body massage is the cherry at the top. So good.

Will come back for sure.

I went here like 6x for 6consecutive days just in the wet area for the pools and they have dry sauna too. They have 5 pools working at the time. (Cold water, ginseng, lemon, jasmin, wood imperial where it all started in Japan).

Max is 4hours for the P550/P500 that I paid for. It’s more expensive by P50 on weekend/holidays.

The place is clean, staff are nice, the feel is so Japanese/Korean, quiet, you can also do you face masks/hot oil though those who do wash their hair/face it the shower area. I see some people shower for 30mins like they become whiter after their visit.

I also asked for a tour of the dry sauna which was interesting some are lined with charcoal or stones to energize the body. That package is a bit higher so I’ll try that next time.

I love their different types of sauna specially the one where you can lie down on himalayan salt stones. It's really calming. Please remember to avoid talking too loud so others can relax. We were with two girls who kept on talking nonstop which was really annoying so we decided to move to a different sauna.

Their pools will surely relax every muscle in your body.

For me, Lasema offers the best massage service I have ever experienced. Their masseuse are polite and well trained leaving you with a well pampered body but not feeling too sore.

They could improve their food selection though. It's very limited with ready to cook noodles and pre-heat food but it was ok. Still delicious and not too expensive.

I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax. This place is good for everyone, you can visit with your friends, partner or family. You can stay and use their amenities for 12 hrs and we actually enjoyed the sleeping quarters (no bed but the lazy boy chairs are comfortable enough) but remember to bring your own blanket because the room is kinda cold.

Take note that their customers are mostly Koreans and they do have a different culture so please be respectful of the place and others customers and again PLEASE MAINTAIN SILENCE.

If you're a Filipino and it's your first time to visit a korean spa please leave your Filipino mentality behind so that you can enjoy this great place.

For me this place is very relaxing. You can see signages around the place to guide you on what to do so please make reading a habit 😉. Just to share what I did, I first tried the hot pool, jjimjilbang, massage, snack then lastly nap.

I will be neutral for this review. I am not a friend of the owner nor I am not staff of this spa. However, for those who are complaining why the towel is small, why they don't inform every level or what, one thing that I want to tell you is, you are pinoy pathetic (by the way, I'm filipino too). The spa that you are visited is korean spa and not filipino spa. Naturally, the towel of Korean is small, the place is normal for korean that they can go and use every thing except the staff place. (Unlike in filipino many open in one establishment yet can't use everything well). I'm not against to filipino, I just want to show the different culture of Korea. So please before you will complain, know the culture first, or don't ever go there again. Anyway have a nice day.

It’s a big complex standing by the corner of Sampaloc street and Estrella in San Antonio Village. The whole complex is a korean experience itself on its own. It has a korean convenience store, restaurant and korean hot pot, plus Korean salon at the ground level of the building. Lasema Spa is located at the 2nd floor. You need to pay at the reception for the services u want to avail. Initally, their Hot sauna costs Ph300 only for 3hrs, howrver just this october they increased the price to 450ph. If u want to have massage with it, will cost u ph950 and u can stay within the area for 4hrs. For the hot sauna they have 5 hot themef pools (jasmine/ green tea/ hinoki?/robust and ginseng ) . I love the steambath too. The hot wet sauna area is well maintained since it has opened last year. Their dry sauna area is one of its kind too. Love the igloo like reference :) With temperatures ranging from 52-80 degreees celsius, u’ll definitely sweat!! And they have ice room too which is so cool. And no worries because if u get hungry, they have a cafeteria in the common area where u can grab some snacks and ramen and kimchi. The staff are friendly and make sure they attend to your needs. Its my go to place to relax.
