When went here I was so amazed about the vegetables they are selling in the market, they are big and so fresh, baguio souvenirs shirts/PMA shirts and other souvenirs are so cheap in that area.

Not to crowded prices are reasonable and you can barter. Don't get taken in by the bright lights inspect food in the day light. Most items available here.

This is one of the places I go when in Baguio, especially when I'm looking for fruits, veggies or jams. Aside from it's cheaper it seems to be fresh, too, since the products are sold and replaced almost immediately.

What is a Baguio City trip without buying pasalubong? Sure. There’s a myriad of vendors and merchants all over Baguio City. Even in the different tourist spots, there are almost always merchants selling food items, clothes, accessories, vegetables and lots more of Baguio’s products.
But if you want a really good deal, you’d want to buy them from the Baguio City Public Market. It’s easy to find. It’s just along Magsaysay Ave. at the bottom of Session Road. You’ll find all your pasalubong needs here in the public market. They’re all lined up nicely and even though there’s a part that’s a wet market, the place is clean and doesn’t reek, unlike some of the common wet and dry markets.
You can find all sorts of pasalubong, especially the ones Baguio City is famous for such as peanut brittle, Mika’san choco flakes, strawberries, jam, nuts and so much more. Aside from food, you can always buy different kinds of souvenirs here. There are shirts, jackets, key chains, musical instruments, brooms and the list is almost endless.
The good thing about the public market is that the merchandise here is cheap compared to the ones that you usually find scattered in the different tourists spots in Baguio City. Based on our observation, they’re cheaper by an average of P20. That’s significant savings especially if you buy in bulk. You can even haggle, but it’s sometimes a hassle.
The vegetables are a bit more expensive compared to when you buy it directly from the farms around Benguet. But still, the advantage in buying here in the public market is that you can buy everything in just one place. Everything is here, as you can see. It’s not that difficult to shop here as well since most of the stalls sell the same thing and their prices are almost always the same, unless you know someone or if you’re lucky to go to a vendor who’s willing to sell you their goods at a cheaper price. Take your time and look around and enjoy shopping.
And to top it off, there are good deals here such as different delicacies or products going for 3 for P100, up to 8 items for just P100. The public market not only offers every pasalubong that you could think of, but also an exciting shopping experience in Baguio City to cap off your vacation and bring a piece of Baguio City home.

This market is complete with all their best selling local strawberries, veggies and snacks. Local tourist who are bringing their car can park at Maharlika parking for only php50. I can sense that prices and buyers are still geared towards the tourist and local Filipinos. You will need to haggle and picking your own strawberries will be more expensive than if the seller picks for you!

Lots of produce one can't find fresh in the country. All at great prices too. These include watercress, blueberries and gooseberries, rhubarb, sayote tops, Cordillera rice varieties, coffee, Sagada oranges, etc.

Go to the "bagsakan" where they put down the fresh vegetables from the province and its cheaper than other stalls which is near the pathway.

You can buy a lot of things here. From souvenir items, jams, peanut brittle, fruits and vegetables. They are very cheap here but take care of your personal belongings, you might know that you don't have money to spend after selecting for the goods you wanna buy..
