Our friendly and amiable guides Jam, Martin and Lyka, gave us an educational tour of Camp John Hay and even assisted on our phototaking on the side.

It will summarize the places you will enjoy inside Camp John Hay. It's a very helpful welcome sign. You may also leave your baggage here if you have any so it will be more convenient for you to walk around.

Its simply nice to walk around here and smell the pine trees. The old wooden buildings and manicure gardens all add to the classic Baguio ambiance. So worth an afternoon stroll.

The best place to go out for walking, jogging and have picnic with family or friends. Considered as one of the watersheds of Baguio, make sure we do not litter around. Enjoy the real fresh air of Baguio while enjoying some of the establishments like restaurants, souvenir shops and eco-trails!

Had our touchdown here during our last visit. Good place to picnic. Had our lunch there. Chilly place. There are dangers though along the tree paths. One kid tumbled over a protruding tree root and hit his face and shoulder badly on the ground. Park staffs where there to assist at once. Before the incident, we saw two guys exchanging blow on the road. The guard was there to break up the fight but got involved himself. Not sure if these people were drunk but seemed likely. All in all, the place is an excellent place for family picnic and gathering.

Nice and peaceful attractions. Fresh air plenty of trees and views. A few things to walk around and visit without a crowd. There are picnic tables in the area to eat out.

Such a great way to put up a little trail adventure alongside the historical place. The experience will not only give you a bit of an exercise, but it would also give you a little bit of history and knowledge with the upbringing of what we know as Baguio. From humble beginnings to the days of development, this place is one thing visitors should not miss out on. It's just within the vicinity of John Hay's house so why not try it.

We went up to the Philippines' summer capital in 2010 when we enrolled our eldest at the UP Baguio. Since then we are mesmerized by this small, old yet cosmopolitan mountain city built by the Americans and one of their many works there is the beautiful Camp John Hay. With its manicured green lawns bedecked by colorful flower of different and attractive colors the place is most ideal for visitors who delights in walking and whiling away their time amidst chirping birds, the scent of pine trees and the smiles of friendly people around. The place is home to excellent hotels like Manor and Forest Lodge Hotels that offer good food and attraction, excellent service and facilities equal to none. We fell in love with the city and we are now permanent residents of this beautiful mountain city. Thank you God for this gift of beautiful place of retirement.
