Will only take 20 minutes but interesting building and history. Great views from the top floor. Lovely guide who has enough English to get by.

Incredible old Sephardic synagogue. Not open often, so much arrange with knowledgable caretaker for private tour. Needed to bring an English-speaking guide as caretaker only speaks french and arabic.

For those with Jewish ancestry, it is good to see this 200 year old place founded by Haim Pinto. No more Jews live here. An old Tora is in place.

We visited this real treasure, we were given a guided tour by a gentleman, who explained that his wife usually does the tour. The Synagogue has been beautifully restored , it is still an active Synagogue. There is two small women’s rooms on two levels...More
