Slick, steel table cooking class places are springing up offering “classes” in 2 hours, etc but you really can’t make a real Moroccan meal and sit down and eat it in that length of time. We were from 9 to 2:00 with Latifa, including 1...More

Excellent friendly and good cooking class. Feels more like cooking with your new Moroccans friends than a teacher/student class. The visit to the market with Latifa was amazing and the food we learned how to make was so good.

We selected this class because it involved shopping in the souk for all the ingredients which was an amazing experience. After this we went to a typical home to prepare our lunch of a cooked eggplant salad and a lamb and prune tagine. Meal was...More
My friends booked this experience for me as a birthday treat and it was honestly such a great idea. We started the day meeting Latifa in Essaouira and she took us shopping for the ingredients. She asked us what we wanted to cook and showed...More
I’m not sure if Latifa was just in a bad mood when we had our cooking class with her but I don’t recognise the description of her from the other reviews. We chose this one because we thought it would be fun to go with...More
