Having read the other reviews, she múst have had a bad day: we definitively had other expectations from this cooking class. The food was fine, but the shopping-experience in the Souk, the cooking explanations, the kitchen, having to write the recipes ourselves in our phone,...More

Hi Jeroen, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your cooking experience. For the cost, Latifa gave options and she told you that there would be an extra 50 DH. You could have said no. For the recèpe, we will try...More

If you want a real Moroccan experience then this is for you. Latifa is an excellent host/guide/cook and took care of us all the way. Starting in the medina navigating little side streets and visiting all little merchants including a hidden bakery! We cooked 3...More

I’m not sure if Latifa was just in a bad mood when we had our cooking class with her but I don’t recognise the description of her from the other reviews. We chose this one because we thought it would be fun to go with...More

We absolutely loved our cooking class with Latifa. It was very interesting to walk around the souk from a different perspective than as a tourist. We had a great morning cooking an amazing lunch and learned a lot about Moroccan cuisine

Can't recommend this experience enough. As other reviewers have explained, Latifa picks you up early at your hotel and takes you to hidden shops and the market to buy ingredients - meat, spices, herbs, vegetables, bread. You then take a taxi to her flat, have...More
