It is impressive in daylight but we thought that it looked stunning at night as we looked across the river. A very impressive building.

This is a state Legislature building. This building is quite new. with a beautiful dome in yellow. This building is just beside the bridge that crosses the Sarawak river.. As I went there is in tghe evening, I just saw the beauty from outside.

This building seems to dominate the waterfront in the city. It's design, we were told, was a combination of Malay, Chinese and ethnic styles. As a simple traveler, lovely as it is, it's design (and presumably cost) seems a bit 'over the top.'

A very beautiful and interesting building. It is very much modern Kuching and dominates the waterfront You can not help but see it.

It could be seen as a bit of modern architecture alongside the river that adds flavour to the town by drawing on regional styles, or it could be seen as the monstrosity dominating the skyline and dwarfing Kuching's historic buildings. It's a statement of power...More

Very interesting architecture that serves as the assembly hall for the Sarawak government. Built at high cost, but has little function other than a meeting place for the 50 or so delegates and the Chief Minister. Not ope for visitation.

Recently the local government built the Golden S Bridge to connect the Kuching waterfront and DUN building. Easier to walk there instead of using the "Pak Tambang" (boatmen). Although I recommend using the "Pak Tambang" for the experience.

People were all taking photographs with the building from the waterfront and bridge. However, upon crossing the bridge to try to gain access into the building, we did not see anyone or visitors entering the building.

it was the most attracting view because I stayed nearby this building. It was located opposite of the waterfront of Kuching.

We can not visit it, but we can take pictures from both riversides, from the Fort Marguerita, Astana, from the river taxi.
