Awesome historical church. Clear romanic architecture, fresh medieval climate - without tipical in whole european churches "better changes". Breathtaking form and atmosphere. Almost you can hear steps of crusade's knights...

Old church in the cultural center of Byblos, was built around 1115 AD. The church has mix of architectural era. You can also see the mosaic map on the floor outside the church. Remember to take the hidden stairs on the side of the church...More

Nice Christian church in Beirut. Worth a look in walking tour of Beirut. Church has a museum crypt with much history.

Outstanding church got its name from thr lévangélique Saint Jean Marc who base on the tradition is the first founder of the christianity in the Phénicie. Its Roman style is well reflected in the outside and inside as well.
