It is a simple shopping mall, selling grocery for locals, dining and some entertainment things like "pachinko" for locals, but its very extensive and big, take special note of restaurants that serve local produce and the local most famous dish-BBQ chicken leg. There are more...More

The shopping area itself is not outstanding but the shops are a nice collection, not touristy, not crowded, not noisy . . . Had an enjoyable time.

I recently spent about half a day walking through the shopping streets. Starting from an entry point near the Takamatsu train station. Most of the shops stayed open even though it was getting dark at around 4pm. There were pretty illuminations along the streets since...More

The shopping streets have a lot of shops and restaurants. We loved walking along the streets especially when it was raining.

It is not a famous destination - but definitely worth visiting. A warm and nice people, decent size of downtown, unique food and Sake... and above anything a wonderful islands and Setouchi ocean is a must-see in Japan.

With hundreds of restaurants and stores ranging from small, family-owned places to major chains, this shopping arcade is great for finding whatever items you are looking for. There are foreign-food stores and restaurants for those who are missing "a taste of home" while in Japan....More
