Stunning design from the outside and when walk into the inner walk, you will see a beautiful traditional Okinawa house before entering the building. This is my favorite design cue of the museum. The history part of the museum is very well presented and quite...More

I will put it 3.5 to 4 stars. Decent exhibits on the natural and anthropological history of Okinawa. Art exhibition mainly featured print making works (did not go for the special exhibitions). A good raining day suggestion.

Had to go to the museum while I was in Okinawa, coz I feel like the visit isn't complete without checking out the zoos and museums in any place when visiting a new town/city/country. Quite a nice place to walk about.

Naha has city busses and an excellent Monorail system which stops walking distance from most attractions. The cabs are also very reasonable.
