This park is 20mins walk away from Motokaji station. You will see the moomin after passing by the stadium & walking thru the stadium open parking lot. A small little park with Moomin building arounds. Quite cute & fascinating. But super crowded with children running...More

It was fine hot Monday, public holiday, and we went there. Took Seibu train from Ikebukuro, spent about 60 minutes in train. Walked another 20 minutes to reach actual spot. The garden, or playground, is very small. There is little appeal and no attractions. Only...More

Nice and good escape from city fun. I drove from home cribbing, but its worth. Lots of greenery sort of full package (river, hill and fun).
