Brilliant Little museum with many excellent hands-on displays. Lots of science to explore, interactive displays and rides to take part in. Loved it and we did not go in with children, just two curious adults, thoroughly enjoyable

From models of planes and boats to rocket boosters, virtual reality, and--our favorite--flight simulator! Entrance fees: ¥500 for adults and ¥300 for children. The adults would have as much fun if not even more than the kids.

There were some schoolclasses and families there and I could see that the kids were having a great time, learning and playing at the same time. I myself got bored quickly. As many of the hands-on activities take a long time (up to 6 mins)...More

If you want an educational experience and have time to spare, this is a good museum for kids. Not congested and plenty of scientific stimulations. Do not compare it to larger museums such as the Toyota ones in Nagoya. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

I went here for a short visit, and skipped the flight simulator, Hyper Mecha Harbor, and other interactive exhibits -- probably great for children -- in favor of the beautiful model collection with many aircraft, ships, and locomotives built by Mitsubishi. I would like to...More

It’s a rainy morning in Yokohama and we didn’t want to go walking in the rain. Cross the street of Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is this museum and we thought why not going there to kill the time. Lucky that we did. To our surprise...More

I went there for the sole purpose of wanting to try the flight simulator! However, I realized that the museum offers more than I could imagine. There were basically different sections showing how technology aids daily lives on earth and in space. There was one...More
