Like most of the places of worship and fame in Japan, this is not different. Carefully managed garden and grounds within a space of tranquillity and peace. To participate in a 'loose' tea ceremony, there is an extra charge.

This Circa 1770 house showing how the middle class warrior lived was terrific. Their way of life back in that time was not for me. However, well worth a look.
