We saw a lot of amazingly fresh seafood, fruit, veggies and preserved food. Really clean and well organized. It gave us an appreciation for where our food in restaurants came from.

Large. Upscale. Fun to walk through. Can eat there or buy food and tons of other items. a 30 minute walk about in the market is enjoyable. If this review is helpful then please indicate so below.

Lots of fresh sushi, sashimi, ramen! Delicious but can be quite expensive. Also has restaurants at level 3 and 4.

We had a really fun time here. It was no Tsukiji Market of course, but it offers a lot of interesting food too. Stroll along the corridors and see different kind of fruits, vegetables and seafood. We bought the fresh oyster and it really melts...More

If you have some time in Kanazawa then the fish market is a great way to kill an hour or two. Lots of good sushi restaurants within the market where you can try out the seafood.

Not bad I suppose. The seafood we had here was legitimately good, but after walking through it once we were bored.

A must place to visit if you are Kanazawa. Different from Tsukiji in Tokyo. More relaxed but the food is fantastic. Easy walking and great atmosphere.

This very large market has an incredible number of fish stalls many of which serve to eat as well. Well worth a walk around and seeing the superb freshness, variety and quality of the fish. We went upstairs for lunch where we were able to...More

We are here now and it is really cold and still as busy as ever, I don't think the weather will affect the day to day stuff much.
