Pre booked a collection from Izmir to Kusadasi on Saturday 10th August. I was informed by text the price would be €50 for 2 people. I was then told it was €60 when I went to pay. This was not the drivers fault he was given instruction to charge €60. After speaking to the Berkay? on phone phone and with proof of the text it was agreed €50 for transport.
My family of 3 had travelled a week earlier and are regular users of Boss taxis and it was agreed the 5 of us would travel back to Izmir together on Sunday 18th. The agreed price was €60 working out at €12 per person. The pick up time was 9am, collecting my family of 3 at the harbour because they including my uncle of 85 years were staying in a hotel beyond bar street and they didn't want to bring the taxi down narrow roads. The plan then was to collect myself and my sister at the Marina.
At 9am the taxi arrived minus 3 and I was told my family were in a different taxi. So it went from a taxi for 5 costing €60, €12 per person to two taxis costing €60 each working out at €30 per person for my transport.
On top of this driver said there was no WiFi available so i couldn't contact my family in the other taxi, offered us no water and took the back roads instead of the motorway. Keep in mind the first pick up offered all of the above!
Everything about Boss taxis was a rip off, unprofessional and untrustworthy and it
took the good out of the end of the holiday.
I certainly wouldn't be using them again!

Professional, punctual, helpful and polite..... the management and drivers at Boss Tourism can't do enough for you. Their service is second to none. İf you want to feel like a VİP the moment you step out of the airport, then book your private transfer with these guys. Definitely the best in Kuşadası

What can I say, just the best service I’ve ever experienced on my trips to Turkey.contacted Boss online and within minutes I got a response. On arrival at Izmir once through the airport my driver greeted me promptly took care of my luggage and on settled me in his luxury vehicle with a cold drink before we set off to Kusadasi. Having safely arrived within 45 minutes the driver carried my luggage to the door.
What a pleasant and professional service I do not hesitate in recommending this service 5 stars is not enough I would give 10 if I could. Thank you Boss.

My trip to Turkey would not be complete without BOSS Tourism. Outstanding service that sets the standard! If you are planning a trip to Izmir and Kusadasi, be sure to check out BOSS Tourism.
The drivers were polite and professional, Berkay bey himself provided excellent travel recommendations. Everything was on time, safe and polite. Honestly, the reasonable price was a pleasant surprise. I was also impressed by their flexibility when I had to change plans. First of all, the drivers gave a lot of great advice about the area throughout the trip. We also felt comfortable during the trip because they were friendly.
Would use their services again without hesitation.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Top class service from start to finish. We always use boss tourism for our airport transfers. They are very reliable and reasonably priced. Buses are very nice and clean.

Very welcome the driver was on time despite my flight delayed 1 hour. Served top reliable and vehicle top. I recommend without problem. I would take the same company for my return trip from Kusadasi to Izmir. The only thing missing is a drink on arrival for the ride and it would be more than great.

Would highly recommend this taxi service.just can't praise berkay enough.there waiting for us when we got of plane straight to taxi taking our bags.on taxi gave us bottles water air con on and totally relaxing start to holiday 11/10 rating Paul ireland

It was so fine. They where on time. The bus was very nice to sit in. Nice comfort when you came out off airplane. It was very pretty. You can buy some drinks in it. The chauffeur was very friendly. Even a carseat for my baby.
Only thing we came in the middle of the night at 01:00 and the driver want to show us Some things in the dark and has to pick up some on else. I say we want to go to bed. I travel with four kids. But he was very friendly
