As parks go it's about average. What was nice about was the peace and quiet. I went mid-week, in the afternoon; and there was no one around. So I just found a bench next to the water and just enjoyed being away from the city.

My image of a park is green, but that's mostly missing here. There's a lot of sports and fun installations, and I'm sure a lot of families enjoy themselves there. When we were there, it was pretty empty.
