A place that all should visit. It shocked me more when I found 23 year old from a place I lived... More people should go.

I have never visited a more beautiful memorial site. Our guide indicated that the actual remains may not correspond to the grave identification but it is a valiant effort to honor those murdered under the Japanese during WWII.

It reminds how dark human history has been. There are 12 Indian soldiers also whose pic can be seen at the entrance of the cemetery. If you are visiting River Kwai do visit here for 5-10 minutes.

I highly recommend at least a quick walk through this somber place. Each gravestone has a small plant next to it.

Wow this was breathtaking in many ways such a thought provoking visit. To think of so many losing their lives in terrible conditions. This place is beautifully looked after. Definitely worth a visit.

The first time I met my pop! Truly a place of peace and respect, a must for every family or friend of someone that gave the ultimate sacrifice. Lest we forget
