Its a nice church and because it's a Christian town the church means a lot to locals but there's nothing of particular note. The ceiling murals are bright and tawdry. Nice light. Beggars congregate outside

A beautiful peice of architecture and great to add to a walk along the main beachfront road in Negombo. Walking this stretch of road is safe and happy and a lovely insight into life Negombo.

Churches have something special about them. So quite yet so mesmerizing. I loved the spirituality here. If you are a religious person a nice place to visit and spend some time.
