Seeing the boat was interesting but do not go out of your way to see it. It’s not expensive with that being said so it was fine.

Worth visiting and seeing the remains of this Jesus era boat that was found. Short video. Good gift shop and snack bar. Most lake boat tours either start or end here.

The story of how this ancient boat was discovered, rescued and preserved is very interesting. Hard to believe that it is from the time of Christ! The boat ride on the Sea of Galilee is a must do for every Christian. It is much like...More

The museum is not large but worthwhile. The fishing boat that was excavated and restored is quite interesting. The boat has been authenticated to be over 2,000 years old. No claim to be tied to Jesus but it was definitely from his era. We visited...More

When you get to the site you see a movie that explains how the boat was discovered by chance and how everybody gathered together to salvage it and to invent new techniques to do that before the lake swallowed it again. Then you go see...More

Great film about the discovery of this fishing boat, sunk in the Sea of Galilee for (they guess) about 2000 years, and so of course it is familiarly the "Jesus Boat". But the two brothers who found it don't claim that, just that it is...More

The 2000 year old fishing boat was alone the price of admission. Enjoyed our stop here. So much history in and around this area
