We booked a visit for 14 people and arrived 10 minutes late, and were denied access. Very disappointing to drive up this windy road to be told that we can’t go. A courtesy phone call would have been the right thing to do. Don’t ever expect our business again.

I got a private horseback riding tour of bat ya'ar forest, which is magnificent. The views are unbelievable and my guide actually was friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He helped me on and off the horse too, which I needed. This was one of the best horseback riding experiences I've had. First, Alex, my guide, was so friendly and fun to talk to that I enjoyed my conversations with him as much as I enjoyed the breathtaking views and stunning environment of the Biria Forest. I was the only one on the trail that day, so Alex gave me a private tour. The horseback riding lasted about an hour, but I stayed to look around at the herb garden, which is located near the BBQ restaurant. The place is styled like a little ranch and there are Conestoga wagons and other cute accents to make you feel like you're in the West. Even though I went at noon during the summer, the air was cool up in the mountains and shade of the forest. A completely wonderful experience. Kids will enjoy the bunnies and seeing the horses, although young kids must ride with the guide, not their parents. …
