Nice historical part of Tel Aviv. Worth visiting for sure. Bring your appetite! Remember stores are closed on Shabbat

Jaffa is a wonderful place. The port has been sensitively redeveloped and there are now even more places to sit, eat, drink and enjoy the views. Lots of arty boutiques add to the experience.

Good way to fill a few hours in your schedule and take in the sites and some local food. Probably not a destination place in and of itself

I would definitely come here to take a panoramic view of the city. You can fill up your Instagram with photos of the city from Jaffa Port. The views are amazing day and night. The pier has several restaurants, most of them were seafood. I...More

The town, visible for kilometres on a promontory, seems to have been inhabited since the dawn of time. It has many biblical and other mythological connections. It's noticeably Arab. After exploring the old city, the port should not be missed. Former warehouses have been turned...More

We were there 2 days after Acre, and the port, the scenery, the market, and the restaurants were all better and nicer in Acre/

Great place to hangout and people watch. Several restaurants on the pier which looked lively although we didn't eat there. Walked to Jaffa from Tel Aviv every day for exercise and enjoyed the scenic 10 mile round trip walk. Great coffee in the AM on...More

Love it - great views of the sea and lovely old buildings to look at. Such a beautiful place to go eat and have a drink in the evening. Jaffa has stolen my heart

Old Jaffa port is so authentic that you may imagine how people live here centuries ago. Ancient walls and gates with icons on top, ships of fishermen, cafes and bakeries and of course cats trying to get some snack. Wonderful!

I found Jaffa old town very interesting but certainly I didn’t have any special thought for the port. The best part are the restaurants and cafes near the pier, but everything else was quite average
