Really nice and gives you a perfect view at rice fields without crowds. Do not miss a couple of nice warungs on your way! They are worth a visit!

This is a lovely easy walk from the centre of town with places to stop for a bite to eat and a cold beer. Ubud gets insane sunsets, but there aren’t many places to view these from in the centre of town, so we thought...More

Definitely something you must do when in Ubud. Just pleasant scenery with a few centipedes and butterflies along the way. Wear good shoes and carry plenty of water. Allow plenty of time to cruise along the track.

Whilst quite a short walk in the fields, for those with limited time this would be a better option than the Monkey Forest, especially for those who've seen monkeys. There's several restaurants on the walk including Sweet Orange, as well Samara Hotels Dolce.

after getting assistance from the local shop keepers we found the walking track. Although only five minutes from central Ubud you are transported to another world of rice paddies and farms. Watch out for motorbikes that zoom along part of the track. Lots of small...More

Don’t be put off by the start of the walk just off the Main Street in Ubud. The path leads to open rice fields and plenty of scenery. There are some shops and Warungs as you finish the walk and head back into Ubuds Main...More

I stumbled upon these rice fields while searching for the start of the Campuhan ridge walk. I’m really glad I found it as it was such a relaxing, peaceful place to wander around. I went early (6am) to avoid the heat as I went to...More

Free (no fee) This simple pleasant walk does not have terraces and is not an alternative to seeing the spectacular Tegalallang Rice Terraces.

hi! you can do it on your own. you just need basket shoes or a good pair of sandals. it starts left from from Puri Lukasam museum. the beginning is an unappealing narrow path. For 400 meters.
