More
W.S. Art Studio offers a variety of traditional Balinese cultural classes to visitors and tour groups. Our classes include: batik class, wood carving and mask carving, stone carving, silver jewelry class, traditional painting, bamboo carving, Balinese dance, Offerings class, fruit carving and decoration class, among others. We strive to provide a hands-on, and informative introduction to skilled crafts no longer practiced in most parts of the world. We hope that our guests' experience will remain a fond (and fun) memory of their Bali adventure! Eight Minutes South of Ubud, look for the gang (alley) with the sign: 'Teba Sari Kopi Lewak', we are 400 meters beyond this place, in the rice fields.

Spent an entire day with my daughters making jewelry! Our teachers were local craftsman who learned the craft from their parents. The teachers were very patient as my daughters were age 10, 14, 17. We enjoyed the delicious snacks(esp. fried bananas) and lunch provided.

Brilliant, highly recommend. Just so quiet and peaceful, family owned and amazing teachers. The setting - beautiful. Out of the hustle and busyness of Ubud, we were picked up from our hotel. I came away with a new skill.
