Overview
More
The Campuhan Ridge Walk is arguably the best known Ubud trek and with good reason. The sparse crowds and the aesthetically rich vistas remind one of why people from around the world come to Bali. The trail starts at the historical origin of Ubud, the confluence (or Campuhan) of the Wos Rivers.

Great little glampse into Bali’s nature. Relatively easy for those who are mobile. A few hills and steps, which maybe hard with prams and wheelchairs.

A great pretty easy and relatively short walk but I'd advise getting there early for sunrise.... it was pretty busy at 7am already! Easy to do in any footwear, keep going all the way to the rice terraces at the other end to get the...More

Great walk along the rice terraces. Can be crowded but I’d recommend going just before sunset for the best light.

The campuhan ridge walk was a surprising find, while it was a short walk (about 30 minutes back and forth), it was a good view into the valley. You also cross a bridge that looks down into a flowing river - pity there is a...More

We did this walk on a hot afternoon. It was great to be able to leave the noise of the city behind and get some fresh air. The surrounding scenery was varied - rice paddies and terraces, villas in the distance, birds, large shade trees...More

The walk is about 2km long although you might not know wherr to continue as it is not marked well. We came to what seemed to be the end only to learn there is another 800m ahead of us. It was beautiful, the views were...More

We walked here from our hotel Ubud Village Hotel and combined with a massage at the Karisa Spa at the end of the walk thought it was the best thing we did in Ubud.

Nothing overly exciting but it's close to town and why not. There are stairs at the southern end close to a beautiful temple with wild monkeys.

Ubud isn't a major western shopping centre however there are plenty of shops selling branded clothing. Unsure about electronics.
