The Campuhan Ridge Walk is arguably the best known Ubud trek and with good reason. The sparse crowds and the aesthetically rich vistas remind one of why people from around the world come to Bali. The trail starts at the historical origin of Ubud, the confluence (or Campuhan) of the Wos Rivers.

I would highly recommend doing this walk , it's so beautiful ! Do it especially early because then it's cool still and you'll be able to stop often and take it all in .

One of the most beautiful things about Ubud is this stunning walk out from the traffic into the nature and you can almost walk as long as you can. Finish your walk at Karsa cafe and take the funny taxi from ther eto Ubud you...More

Some friends & I decided to walk the trail one morning during our stay in Ubud. Such a little gem. As you go further along, you'll see more quaint areas where they have little bed & breakfasts. It's a lot more peaceful than the city...More

We got dropped at Karsa Kafe and then took the ridge walk back down to Ubud. It was an overcast day in March when we did this and so didn't suffer from the heat as some others have mentioned. We did come across people coming...More

We went to see the rice terraces in the morning and after having seen those, the Ridge Walk is not really spectacular. A lot of stairs and uphill walking. We turned around halfway.

I stayed in Ubud and just a bit walking around, when by accident I found this trail! Easy to walk, not to busy and a pretty nice view!

A lovely little walk away from the hustle and bustle. Recommend getting a taxi to the Karsa cafe and then walking in the opposite direction as usually suggested. You don't miss anything, the walk is shorter and taxi Easier to get at the other end.

After hiking Mount Batur we were more into an easy walk than another strenuous activity. This walk is perfect for that. It's just a long straight walk along pretty scenery on a paved path, nothing challenging but very comfortable and with gorgeous views along the...More

I can't see any danger with it. There are plenty of runners up that early to avoid the morning heat anyway!

We stayed at the Lokha Spa, which is part way along, so we didn't survey the whole track. The towards-Ubud part is quite uneven but not too bad. A stroller with large wheels would be advisable, rather than a small-wheeled... More
