This waterfall is situated in Ubud, but not too far from Denpasar, took me 30mins to get here by scooter. Quite nice atmosphere and equipped with a number of restaurants and shops. You will have to walk down the steps (around 100 steps and quite...More

This is possibly the easiest waterfall to see in Bali. From the car park you can see small glimpses of the waterfall but a short walk past 2 restaurants will give you perfect views of the falls and the river. After that it is up...More

We went to the waterfall and were disappointed by the litter everywhere, it was really sad to witness. Additionally I felt very sorry for the life guards who were being ignored by the hoards of tourists trying to stand under the water, risking death as...More

this waterfall is any photographers dream (although a waterproof camera is advised if you want to shoot while in the water! the only issue that could arise here is the countless steps to go down to the waterfall and then back up - that is...More

Part of a half day tour, wouldn't make a special trip to see just the waterfall. Didn't venture down to the river due to time, if you do be prepared for a lot of steps. River looked very dark & dirty.

Great waterfall but very touristy and lots of steps. The best thing was that haggling and harassment at the markets there is forbidden so you can shop in peace.

There is a small fee to view the Falls and there are a fair number of steep steps to negotiate. However, the trek is worth it and the waterfall is a classic panorama for photographers wanting to take a long exposure picture. The mossy rocks...More

We went to the waterfall as part of a day trip and it was good to see it. However, it was a long walk down via a lot of very steep steps and the walk back up could be quite challenging for young children and...More

You certainly can, and I highly suggest it. It is a very short drive from Ubud and you will appreciate the waterfall so much more without the huge crowd. You can hire a driver to take you, or you may consider taking a... More
