Regretted going in without reading the review for this spa. The level of service for this spa is really bad. Staff is amateurs and the massage is really mediocre. Everything that has been written by others below are true. You can skip yr visit to this place

I'm not usually one to leave a review but this was terrible! My husband and I each had a 1 hour massage here tonight and it was by far the worst massage either of us have ever had.

The therapists seemed to have no interest in what they were doing, next to no pressure was applied (just touching the skin lightly) and they used the same pointless stroke over and over for the full hour.
Following the massage, they towelled us down with cold water however we were still soaked in oil.
To top it off, they offered us a mug of water each after the massage. I decided not to have any but my husband did. He ended up vomiting multiple times only an hour later. That drink was the only thing he had eaten/drank for the entire day that I hadn't also had....so I'm guessing the water they offered wasn't clean.

There are plenty of other places in Sanur that provide much better massages... and cheaper too!

Had traditional balinese massage for a reasonable place.
Partner had a foot massage but said it felt more like a light rub. He was too shy to ask her to press harder so maybe thats his fault.
Cleanliness was above average but not immaculate.

A lovely little place for a pedicure and foot massage. One of the cleaner looking spas and dirt cheap. OPI available as well as CND shellac.

There are lots of spas and beauty salons in this area. My recommendation is to choose another one! So why did I go in? I popped my head inside and it looked ok. I forgot to ask a crucial question-what products do they use? In my opinion, they are second rate, as is the service. My husband wanted a massage-it seemed like the girls weren't interested, and making each other be the one to take it on. While I had a manicure, the girls chatted with each other, laughing, being noisy. Part of going to a spa is to relax. Well, not possible here. I was offered a water or tea on entering, asked for water, but got nothing. It didn't look very clean either. Cheap and nasty is my evaluation. No, my husband didn't enjoy the massage-the girl seemed to be doing it under sufferance-my sentiments exactly!
