The Sanur Beach Promenade is lined with brightly painted outrigger boats along the water's edge, and good restaurants and cafes opposite. Treat yourself to a massage offered by one of the many masseuses with divans on the sand. If you're there in July, catch the Bali Kite Festival, a colorful international competition.

We visited the beach and hired a sun lounge for the day at $5.00p/p Good place for a swim and they have jet skis etc are available to hire. Recommend visiting this beach.

We stayed on this beach only one day (actually like 4h) and this was enough. There was nothing to do there. Water was low level. Water was with plastic pieces and some other dirt. Bottom was rocky, so we needed swimming shoes. It was quiet.

Many shops / massage offers / cosy, tastefull and well priced restaurants etc. Unfortunately also a lot of waste / garbage all over the place and nobody seems to care or take initiative to clean the mess. Such a disappointment!!

Should wear special shoes since the beach is full of sharp broken corals and pebbles. The promenade is nice with eco friendly structures and selected waste bins.

Not a bad beach, lots of rubbish in the water which is a shame as there's clown fish and all sorts of tropical beauties but there's also a lot of rubbish. The smells of some of the stalls and rubbish piles leave a bit to...More

Very nice artificial white sand beach. No entry fee. There is a wave breaker (breakwater) so the waves are not that huge, you can enjoy the ocean. Great place for kite surfing, kayaking and swimming. You can do all kind of watersports, and you can...More

Could not believe the amount of rubbish on the beach, made walking on the beach disappointing. The resorts did clean up out the front, but there was so much in other areas as well.

There are plenty of outfitters who will take you on whatever trip you want. But it also depends on what fishing you would like to do. I saw People fishing of the beach and pier also with a rod.
