Badal Prakash, Inder's grandson, said he grew up hearing stories of the Nehru family visits. "My grandpa often talks about how in 1920s, Motilal Nehru bought cheese at our store. Indira Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi also loved the jams at our store. Jawaharlal Nehru, as my grandfather recalls, liked jams too." There is a mention of the store even in Ruskin Bond's Landour Days

A smallish-medium sized grocery store just a little ahead of Landour Bakehouse which stocks their home made preserves, chutneys, pickles, etc. Tried the strawberry preserve, marmalade, and gooseberry preserve, all taste like home made stuff. Wish we had also picked up some chutneys and pickles.

This shop is in Sister's Bazaar past Lal Tibba, and they sell some of the best peanut butter. It is home made and is probably one of the best peanut butter I have had. You can buy other snacks too and other home made products.

I guess this store has the best home made jam ever. I loved the mixed fruit and apple jam especially. The string cheese and cheddar cheese were also lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to every foodie visiting mussoorie.
