Cloud's End is located about 20-25 mins from Library Chowk. It has great views as is away from the crowds of Mussoorie. You can see the mountains far away and even the snow covered peaks if it is a clear day.

The total distance is of 9 km so if u can walk that much distance it's ur choice But from George Everest point to clouds end it's a steep incline way of 4 to 5 km bike are easy to use option and much affordable then car... More
