There are so many Ghats is Varanasi where people bath and worship river Ganga. Two Ghats are for cremation, Manikarnika and Harschandra Ghat. Other Ghats are for Worship and Bath.

Cannot say a specific amount as it changes from season to season and during day time to, we paid 800 rupees in April from assi ghat to raj ghat for manual boat. In season that is november to february they will take anywhere... More
