Go to Jaisalmer fort and book an audio guide. Guide will take you to King's chamber and it's delightful to watch. The facts about the chamber are mind boggling. It's a must visit place if you are in Jaisalmer.

Located within Jaisalmer Fort this place was once the residence of Royal family. The place is really old and damaged over time, some of the stuff is still kept for tourists to witness various rooms, weapons and jewellery. Very historic otherwise nothing special to see.

I would allow 1 to 2 hours, and wander around on your own or get an audio guide or pay a guide to take you around - whichever you prefer.
