It was an excellent trek to the valley. You meet a lot of people on your way and they keep encouraging you to finish it! the view is beautiful and it cannot get better than this! A must to do!

yes very safe! I travelled solo... would recommend that you tag along with a group. You can trek from Vishwema or Zakhama ...!!! Vishwema being the preferred one.
