Well, a part of it is under construction but I must say its one of the most well maintained jain temples ive visited. Located on a hil, the ride itself is beautiful!

Great place with many gold staff inside, engravers as well as amazing view on the city. Going there, take care to wear long pants, this is holy place, you will be asked not to enter in shorts.

yes there is good facility of staying in temple /derasar premises only. very nice food available in bhojanshala. they didn't do prior booking. but you get rooms easily as number of rooms are available.
