A short drive from Kovalam, the museum is really worth a visit. Apart from the exhibits, the awesome carved structure of the building is incredible. Brushed up on my Indian history of this part of the sub-continent.

Interesting museum with an insight into the royals, ties to the Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple, architecture and influence from various kingdoms. Good English speaking guides. Can get a bit warm in museum.
