The beach and the cleanliness is good. The lifeguards won't allow people to go into the water for security reasons. And the reason is Iron pieces everywhere. Long time ago, A ship had sunk here and the debris has been lying there for years. But...More

Like the usual standard of beaches in Mangalore, this one too is very inskirts from the main road, but once you reach this place the entire hassle of reaching is forgotten. Very famous with the locals, this is a very good beach for its mesmerizing...More

One of the best experiences in Mangalore, seeing sunset in this beach, enjoyed the ferry ride too. Beach is very clean, but the route to the beach is fantastic. Best for bird watching

This is a dirty and crowded beach. The access to the waterline is cordoned off. There's a dirty sweaty ferry access to this beach from the city.

There is no direct bus. You can take a private bus or even a Government bus from Malpe to Surathkal/Panambur. From there you can board a bus or auto to Tannirbhavi
