Its is good only if u want to see just the jungle. Rarely can see wild animals..Nothing more amazing of exciting..

Spotted a tiger- nice ride through the forest. Though it was random how they were deciding who to take and when. We reached Lakkavali forest lodge after calling , and when we reached they said they dont have any space. check out forest range officer....More

Not much to see in the forest.sighting of creatures are pure luck. I jus saw deer ,peacock,peahen and giant squirrel..not a worthful ride..

Going in monsoons did'nt help here as we were not allowed a safari .. we spent some time within the jungle like a couple of hours .. the safari was closed so no chance going in there .. we camped for a couple of hours...More

3 Hours was very touching and we were very curious to witness wheather we get tigers but no luck 14 of us with family enjoyed every bit with more curious . We all could see Barking deer/Spotted Deer /Stag /Flying Squarrel which is very rare...More

Shinrin-yoku or forest bathing, not sure if others on the safari bus liked it, as they didnt spot any animals, in november !

I think the of the forest department (near lakkavalli entrance) provides safari for lesser prices but there is a minimum passenger requirement per jeep.
