Very remote trekkinf spot with amazing view from the top. Nearest town is Belthangady. Jamalabad Fort which is not so popular among the local folks itself. The fort hill is also known as Gadaikallu and Narasimha Ghada.

The fort was built by Tipu Sultan in 1794.Government buses are available from the Mangalore KSRTC bus stand. It is very difficult to trek in monsoon months. it is better to carry sunscreen lotion.
