This is a place on the way to horanadu from sringeri, temple here is beautiful. Must visit place during mansoon.

Kalasa is a small town approx 90 Kilometres from Chikmanglur. You can visit Kalasa waterfall, a good place to visit via short trek or jeep ride. You can visit Tea Estate and learn tea leaf picking. This is also a temple towm, mush visit place...More

Annapoorneswari temple is the key pilgrim attraction here. Temple is a well maintained temple and was able to handle the huge crowds on the day of our visit. Although it was more then two hours in the queue for darshan, we all forgot about it...More

During the noon pooja, the sun light is directed on to the Shiva Linga using a big mirror.What an experience.Words fail to express the divine experience.
