This is one of the oldest temples of Bangalore having a magnificent deity of Vallabharaya. Few temples like Hanuman Temple, Shiva temple in the vicinity. Good 2- 3 hours can be spent visiting all these temples.

Vasantapura seems to be outskirts, but the temple is fantastic, and most of the times you can find some or the other pooja being performed, many people gather. My son enjoyed watching goats all around the place.

Rare to find such a nice, old (dates back to Cholas apparently), calm temple in the city. Situated on a nice small hillock, gives decent views all around. Recommended if you're in the area.
