Yes but if you are thinking of cricket or football , the answer is not a NO but it will not be enjoyable as there are no open spaces of that size and exclusivity. There are walkers all over and you hardly get going.

It's an open park and you can spend as long as you want. If for kids, there's Jawahar Bal Bhavan inside the park and kids can try rides including train rides and spend 1 or 2 hours there playing.
