Its recommended to rest on the very first day. You can do shanti stupa, magnetic hill, gurdwara pathar sahib, confluence of Zanskar & Indus all on same day. And Khardungla you can do on your way to Nubra on 2nd day. Then... More

Nubra and pangong are a must. To me monasteries are all same and one seen all see. If you are little bit of a dare devil go for rafting at zanskar River. Pl take warm clothes. Take homeopathic medicine coca6 and have six... More

There is no age limitation formally, but my personal suggestion you should be inside 15-55 and have a healthy heart/nervous system to go for rafting.
