TWO hrs drive to this place from sringar. a very old temple with a lot of mythological stories associated. people from all religious are seem here ( Sikhs )

One can go to the Kheer Bhawani temple by taking a short detour enroute to Sonmarg. This is a small and ancient temple dedicated to Goddess Bhawani. We found it to be very peaceful and serene and took darshan with kheer as prasad.

the goddess temple is a must visit when at kashmir.the temple premises is well maintained.do not forget to read the history attached to the goddess,also the colour of the pond changes where the goddess temple is located.

Well maintained temple and surrounding. Feel divine presence at this place.. Volunteers serve prasad to all visitors and one Mr Rajendranath offer Kheer to this devi and distributes to each visitor since past 2006.

feel the spiritual wave here. Must take the kheer prasad of mata kheerbhawani. Stay at least one hour to feel the calm and soothing atmosphere.

This temple was too awesome! When I heard about this temple I suprised and want to visit this temple as early as possible. When I entered It gives me felling of Hindusm in J & K.

Temple with quiet atmosphere and historic importance. Must visit for all pilgrims to Kashmir. Mata di is situated in the middle of a small pond adding to the beauty.

What is a Hindu hotel according to you..?? But surely there are many hotels available which serve pure vegetarian food including Jain food.
