This fort is on the bank of river chenab. Akhnoor place is a amazing and its its popularity is because of river chenab and people out there due to their unimpeachablity. But the fort really need maintenance.

Nothing special, the area is full of dust. However, it must be visited once as trip to Jammu can not be complete without this. Good view of river can be had from the fort garden.
