Long time ago it is used as a godown and also big structure of that time. People used to say that one can see whole Patna from the top of the golghar.

Golghar is located near Gandhi maidan . It is great example of ancient art and architecture. There is no piller in this building.You can hear a best ecco sound from inside golghar. In British time it is used for store grain.

GOLGHAR which a storage room created by British. and from the top you can see the whole Patna. its only one storage which in round figure and you can go on top by staircase which made on the wall.

It can be avoided as there is nothing much to see. It's a dome shaped storage house which is not functional to constructional mistake. Although one can get a good view from top of the dome. It has only stairs.

Monument built by Britishers. It was used to store grains in huge quantity. Tourist climb on it's top by built stairs the view from the top is scenic. Request Bihar government to maintain it nicely.
