I am not sure whether this is to be included separately. It is already well reviewed as " Bojjana Konda" and I have mentioned my views there,

It's ancient ruins. Buddha statues are in bad state. Two big stupas and many destroyed small. Entry free. Stupas resemble Lingams.

The word Sankaram is the corrupt for ancient Buddhist 'Sangha' monastery and 'Aramam' rest house. It is a historical complex of monolithic stupas, Buddhist caves, sculpted figures and brick monasteries. The large brick stupa can also be viewed from the distant highway.
